Jean Marie Callahan

Jean Callahan is one of the most respected executives in the search industry, with over 20 years of global experience. Jean’s strengths include a powerful mix of business and interpersonal skills, plus an in-depth knowledge of global markets. Her experience, her interpersonal skills, and understanding of cultural diversity and talent allow Ms. Callahan to offer clients an exceptional experience.

In the global search industry, Ms. Callahan’s specialty is fulfilling international executive positions (C-Level, Director and senior management). She has industry specialties in pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, energy (electricity, oil and gas), financial services, industrial and telecommunications sectors. Clients appreciate her personal approach and the firm’s abilities to cross borders, working seamlessly to fulfill talent needs in diverse regional and industry markets.

Early in Ms. Callahan’s career, she founded World Wide Mortgage based in New York City and was Director of Shun Tak Holding, a consortium including entertainment, tourism, shipping, real estate, banking, and air transportation, based in Hong Kong. She also led the launch of the first Brazilian office for New York based executive search firm Picard International. Ms. Callahan previously acted as Vice President of AT Kearney Executive Search based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She was later promoted to expand the firm’s executive search practice throughout Latin America, where she served clients in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, finance, technology, and industrial sectors.

Ms. Callahan is founder and Vice President of the Group Executivas de São Paulo; a member of American Chamber of Brazil and Brazilian-American Chamber; a member of Board of Institute Vida Jovem, and is a trustee member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners. Her firm is a Certified Women Owned Business.

With 8 years in International Executive Search experience, Mr. Hearne Joined Latin America Executive Search Consultants in 2012.

Mr. Hearne has experience in Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Capital Goods, Chemical and Agribusiness, Consulting and Consumer Goods.

Mr. Hearne Manages the Research Team, Sets Strategy for Search Assignments, all Database Management, defines Processes and Procedures for the Company. He is the Regional Project Director for Executive Search assignments in Latin America, and oversees all project Metrics for the Company. Mr. Hearne Develops Search Tools, analyzes Recruitment Trends, and instills Best Practices in Executive Search.

Mr. Hearne attended the University of South Florida, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology.

Nancy’s practical, process-based approach succeeds because she focuses on identifying causes and assessing true workplace needs in order to design solutions that align talent with systems to achieve goals. Her expertise combines in-depth knowledge of competency modeling and learning design with an extensive background in hands-on strategic implementation.

Recognized for creativity and intellectual horsepower, Nancy is also appreciated for her ability to connect with people. She approaches complex issues with a sense of curiosity and love of discovery, and clients enjoy her tact and the sense of playfulness she brings to every project. Nancy has worked with a wide range of clients including : Ryder, Cisco LATAM, Carnival Cruise Line, Burger King Corporation, Miami FBI, MasTec Network Solutions, YMCA Miami; Miami Dade College, and the University of Miami.

Nancy is an Organization Development Certified Professional, an InSync Learning Virtual Facilitator, an AchieveGlobal Facilitator, and is certified in National Training Lab Team Building and Lominger Coaching for Development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from the University of Miami.

Ana Gati is the Latin America Executive Search Consultant Advisor for Brazil and the founder of Gati Consultoria, a Shingo Institute Licensed Affiliate. For Latin America Executive Search office in São Paulo, Ana serves as our geographical Southern Cone leader for the Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Goods, and other sectors. Functionally, Ana has extensive depth knowledge in general management, sales, marketing, operations, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, manufacturing, finance, and human resources.

Gati Consultoria is a senior-level boutique consulting firm focused on assisting companies in Organizational Transformation in Operations. Her career started as an R&D Scientist and moving up in the organization to Manufacturing Site Director, V.P. of Logistics and Procurement at Mars Inc. In the past, she was Industrial Director at Avon Products in Brazil. Ana worked at A.T Kearny and McKinsey & Company as Operations Expert.

Ana has a Master's Degree and Ph.D. in Innovation and Sustainability from FEA USP, an MBA from FIA USP, and an Engineer Degree from UNICAMP. Ana serves as a Board Member at Perola (Nutrien – PCS Phosphates, Ultrabulk, and Eurobras joint venture), a fertilizer custom-bonded warehouse.

Gloria Griesinger, with over 20 years of dynamic experience in treasury, M&A, and pension investment across seven major multinational corporations, Gloria is a seasoned professional known for her strategic leadership and innovative approaches. Notably, she spearheaded the establishment of treasury functions for two spin-off companies, showcasing her ability to build from the ground up. At Cummins, Gloria’s impact was global, as she crafted and managed a comprehensive treasury organization spanning five continents.

Gloria’s expertise extends across capital markets, where she has navigated both as an investor and an issuer of securities. Her proficiency in financial risk management encompasses currencies, interest rates, and commodities, alongside adept cash management and forecasting. Her oversight includes robust internal controls and meticulous management of pension and foundation investments, demonstrating her commitment to fiduciary excellence.

Gloria has driven and hired successful global teams in merger and acquisition transactions. Collaborating closely with tax and legal teams, she ensures seamless integration across treasury, banking, and benefit plans on a global scale.

Gloria’s leadership and talent development extends beyond corporate realms, as she has served as Secretary or Chair to pension investment and governance committees across various countries, setting agendas and leading governance practices. As a passionate fiduciary, her stewardship extends to diverse sectors, including oversight of investments for captive insurance and charitable foundations.

Actively engaged in professional organizations, Gloria has held committee positions in esteemed bodies such as the Committee on the Investment of Employee Benefit Assets and the Financial Executives International Committee on Benefits Finance. Currently, she lends her expertise to the Board, Finance Council, and Investment Council of the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art.

Educated at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a BS in Quantitative Business Analysis and an MBA, Gloria is a Certified Treasury Professional. Her global perspective is enriched by extensive international experience, having lived and worked in Brazil, with fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in Spanish for business.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Gloria enjoys pursuits such as tennis, cycling, and music, all while actively supporting the arts.
